At Only Original, we take pride in the quality of every product we dispatch. Our beverages are consumable, perishable products. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict policy on returns and refunds.
1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Opened or used beverage products cannot be returned under any circumstances. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. When a Replacement or Refund Is Applicable
A replacement or refund will only be considered in the following specific circumstances:
• The product received is physically damaged, broken, or leaking upon delivery
• An incorrect product (different from what was ordered) was delivered
• The product is past its printed expiry date at the time of delivery
In all other cases, orders are considered final upon delivery.
3. How to Raise a Claim
If your order falls within the eligible conditions above, you must:
• Contact us at hello@cliffordcreations.in within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your Order ID and a clear description of the issue
• Attach clear photographs or a short video that clearly shows the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. Claims submitted without supporting visual evidence will not be processed.
4. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are expressly excluded from refund or replacement eligibility:
• Dissatisfaction with taste, flavour, or smell — our products have a distinct character. Personal taste preference does not constitute a product defect.
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, dropping, or improper storage by the customer
• Failure to refrigerate or store the product as directed on the packaging
• Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery
• Products purchased during sale, promotional, or discounted periods — unless physically damaged or incorrect upon delivery
• Partial use of the product prior to raising the complaint
5. Refund Process
Upon approval of a valid claim, we will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
• COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer — you will be asked to provide your bank account details
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after a refund has been initiated from our end
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Clifford Creations Private Limited's liability to any customer for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
7. Force Majeure
