Clifford Creations Private Limited, operating the brand "Only Original", ships its products across India through registered domestic courier partners. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days

• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistical conditions,

public holidays, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on the delivery location, order value, and the shipping option selected at checkout. The exact shipping charge will always be clearly displayed to you before you complete payment — you will never be charged a shipping fee that was not disclosed prior to your order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be offered on prepaid or COD orders, as indicated on the product or checkout page at the time of purchase.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling charge, which will be communicated at checkout.

• For certain remote or difficult-to-serve locations, a higher shipping charge may apply. This will be shown at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time. Any change will be reflected at the time of your next order and will be visible before payment is made.

4. Delivery Address

Delivery will be made exclusively to the address entered at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your address — including flat/house number, street, city, state, and PIN code — is complete and accurate. 

We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by you.Address changes cannot be made after an order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at the email below with your Order ID.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the time of delivery — we will contact you. In such cases:

• If the delivery failure was caused by an error on our part, we will reship at no additional cost.

• If the delivery failure was caused by an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal, re-delivery charges will apply and must be paid before reshipping.

• Perishable food and beverage products that are returned to us cannot be reshipped and will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Serviceability

We currently ship within India only. Delivery to certain remote locations, restricted areas, or locations not serviceable by our courier partners may not be possible. If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing the order.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, or logistics disruptions.
